Terms & Conditions of Entry and Participation

By purchasing a ticket to The Keynsham Courtyard New Year’s Eve 2026 event, you agree to the following terms:

1. Entry & Behavior

 - The Keynsham Courtyard reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who arrives under the influence of alcohol or substances, or who we believe is already intoxicated, without refund.

 - We also reserve the right to stop serving alcohol to any guest at our discretion, in line with our licensing obligations and commitment to responsible service.

 - Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards staff or other guests will result in immediate removal from the premises.

2. Alcohol Service

 - This is a bottomless bar event; however, to promote responsible consumption:

- Only single measure spirits and 175ml glasses of wine will be served at a time.
- A smaller selection of House Cocktails will be available.

- Double measures, bottles of wine, and pitchers will not be available.

- Some drinks or products normally available may be removed from the bar for the evening. Any products remaining on the bar will be included in the package.

3. Refunds & Ticket Policy

- Tickets are fully refundable until 15/12/2025.

- After this date, no refunds will be issued, regardless of circumstance.

- Refunds will only be issued for the price originally paid, not the current ticket value.

4. Dietary Requirements

- A 2-course buffet is included in the evening.

- Any dietary requirements or allergies must be communicated to us no later than 14/12/2025. We cannot guarantee accommodation for any requests made after this date.

5. Event Timings

- The event runs from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

- The bar will close at 1:30 AM. No drinks will be served after this time.

- Last entry is strictly 9:00 PM. Late arrivals may be refused entry.

6. Tickets & Admission

- Tickets must be purchased directly from the bar or by phone.

- Each ticket admits one person only and is non-transferable without prior approval.

- You must bring valid ID if requested, especially if you appear under 25.

7. Photography & Promotion

- By attending, you consent to any photos or videos taken during the event being used for promotional purposes on our social media and website. If you do not wish to be included, please notify a member of staff on the night.

8. Liability & Safety

- The Keynsham Courtyard is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the event.

- Guests are reminded to drink responsibly and arrange safe travel home.
